The preference will be given to the preferred person for family counseling practice. He is very honest in delivering the counseling skills in the family. In our family there is adolescent children age between 18 to 22 years. During the family get-together this person had identified problems with the adolescent interest and thinking. In this scenario the caseworker played a major role in developing coordination and support within the adolescent families. The caseworker with their communication skills focused on the areas that need to be considered in the life of adolescence that that hinders them to involve in social situations.

The adolescents were involved in certain activities that will be feasible for them in dealing towards the certain situations. The caseworker have build a rapport and commitment with the youngsters that they trust them. The trustworthy relationship established among the adolescents and the client. The caseworker introduced the technique of connection to the adolescent that an adolescent should know where they are standing at. The daily life things were identified with the adolescents.

In their routine life when adolescents have captured minor details they simply identified their lack of communication with their parents in their routine life. They were more relying on their friends rather than their family which includes their siblings. The adolescents have taken help of the case worker in removing the communication gap with their parents. Afterwards the caseworker had arranged adolescents meeting with their parents and the communication gap that arises among them. All the family members have clear picture regarding the communication gap that was existing in their family. The parents and siblings of adolescents have direct communication in this family meeting with the caseworker.
