The community that I have selected is named as Brentwood in the state of Maryland where I work. Incorporated in 1922, This neighborhood is very alive and on the way up, economically and culturally diverse community. The described neighborhood is very desirable for some posive reasons. Brentwood City is a popular place to live and work. Store fronts are occupied and busy, homes and yards are well maintained, and schools/churches are busy and are important part of the community.

As the community is famous for its art work, it is expected that there will be a huge change in the tourism capacity of the place.
