Research Aims

The aim of this study to identify the best practices of nursing mental health, that have a positive impact on the mental wellbeing of the consumers i.e. patients. I believe that there are various skills which are needed for a nurse to advocate mental health patients. Nursing care should be based on a relationship of human interaction and social characterizing. The structural complexity in nursing mental health care lies in its social and human nature, and the relationship of dialogue and reciprocal interaction between the nurse and the subject which develops an exchange of life processes and human development with a particular way of understanding life, health, and disease. The role of the nurse in charge of the mental healthcare is to support staffs that provide care to consumers. The mental health care management must be aimed at achieving its intended nursing practice; this process uses management as creativity, inquiry, and transformation (Haber, 2010).

Nurses in mental health work primarily with the word. Psychodynamic theories postulated that mental health and pathological aspects are constituent parts of every individual. The constitution of each subject involves staff capabilities or other pathological aspects. The issue of mental health also concerns not only the aspects of care following apparent emergence of mental disorders, but also corresponds to the field of preventing them with the promotion of socio-cultural aspects as determined by self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and other elements that must come from and more primary education of children and youth.

Many mental health professionals have begun to understand the importance of religious and spiritual diversity as a matter for mental health. Positive psychology is also interested in mental health and is even closer to her than psychiatric treatments. The mental health promotion is a term that covers a variety of strategies. Nursing in mental health is characterized by actions based on relational and educational techniques requesting technical, availability, listening, observing, analysing problems, respect for the individual and their differences related to the disease, support and care actions, but also continuity of care in its permanence and consistency of the teams. The Mental Health Team provides care which is composed of professionals and technicians whose work is related to the Mental Health of the population.
