The personal growth has significant importance in the life of an individual. In today's era, the competition among the people as well as among the organizations has increased to great extent. In order to be competitive in the environment, the people are required to enhance and polish their expertise. The personal and professional growth is important for the individuals in present era where there a great level of competition. The individuals that, on the continual basis, develop their expertise tend to achieve the competitive positions in the industries. The technological as well as strategic advancements are being continuously made in every field of life. New trends, concepts as well as new technologies are emerging that are required to be learnt and to be adopted by the individuals so as to achieve the adequate level of positions in the business environment.

The self development is essential that has direct and positive impact upon the professionalism of the individual. The self and professional development makes the individual strength and it open wide variety of career opportunities for the individuals. Therefore, the personal assessments must be carried out on the regular basis so as to recognize that where the person stands and to know that what are the strengths and the weaknesses of the individual in the professional field that can made better to achieve the long term career goals and objectives. The following section aims at discussing the personal and the expert growth review of mine that will allow me to recognize the current position of mine in the professional field.

Discussion

As my career is related to the medical leadership therefore, I had to take certain developmental programs that can enhance my expertise and abilities in the medical leadership. The unique characteristic of the individual allows the individual to achieve the unique expertise and abilities that make it distinctive with that of the others. The efficient and effective planning of any tasks brings proficiency in the professional attitude. Therefore, during my career and during my expert learning, I have given significant importance to the efficient and effective management. The management of time also creates direct impact upon the work performances. The time management counts a lot in the professional growth of the person. In order to develop the effective self development of mine, I have given strong consideration to the time factor. Considering the importance of time, I have improved my expertise, knowledge and the clinical abilities. The individuals that help others for having the better health also requires that the individual to take of their personal health. One of the inefficient factors of mine was that I was not concerned about the health of mine and this impacted badly upon my professional practices when I could not perform my best in my expert practices.
