The study by Lukacs (2009) relates to developing and validating a dependable scale for measuring the willingness of teachers to start change attempts in their schools. In this view, the researcher developed Teacher Change Agent Scale through an experts based on four people and classroom teachers. For this purpose, community membership, empowerment, micro-political expertise, motivation, ownership, pedagogical / content knowledge, risk taking and self-efficacy are taken as the key factors that affect the willingness of teachers.
