Introduction

The study is concerned about the article “An Analysis of Differences in Work Motivation between Public and Private Organizations”. The study shows the motivation among the people working at the private and the public sector organization. In addition, the article focuses on how the political class knows and thinks the reform of the penal system during the period that appeared in the media statements of three politicians from two different parties that are concerned about the news of current situations.

Discussion
