Description

The Arsenal Football Club is a career based football club in Holloway, London, England. The club has been playing in the Premier League and its predecessor since 1919-1920. This makes it the oldest team in the first division, as well as, one of the teams with the most trophies in English football. The club has won 13 Premier League titles and 10 FA Cups. The Arsenal Football Club is the only team that managed to win the Premier League unbeaten (2003/04). Arsenal was founded in 1886 in Woolwich, southeast London. In 1893, it became the first club from the south of England to join the Football League.

The biggest issue that the Arsenal football club faces in their strategic planning is the management of the stakeholders of the club. Strategies need to be made for this which allow maximum benefits for the stakeholders without causing any harm to the club.

Another issue that the cub is facing is managing the key players in the club. The turnover rate in the football clubs has increased manifold.
