Introduction

There were primary challenges proposed within the arrangement of parking at the community colleges. Although a traditional community college is not constructed in a way to treat large populations similarly comparing it to a university. The designs of the educational institutions are according to needs of students and teachers that utilize the huge parking areas. There is a dying need of expanding parking area at colleges because there are numerous affects that are directly introducing various community problems within the neighborhood. Modern parking structures are built that can accommodate more vehicles that are a sufficient prevention that land locking the entire area. The institutional importance of a college is developed with the infrastructure and resource in teaching that is involved in facilitation the student within the institution. Less space for parking within the boundaries for the institution gives birth to unusual circumstances for students such as parking tickets as well as neighbors who is facing parking shortage and traffic disturbance.

Discussion

There are peak timings to using the parking and unfortunately most of the hours are also peak hours for the general public to use the roads and road side parking that are already spaced with student vehicles. The excessive number of collected parking tickets and accidents that are happening at a regular average within the United States can be regulated by serious concern of the authorities who are at the position of decision making. There are changes made at the management of the NPA directors that according to the concerned will address the issue but it is no related outcome so far. Yet, college and schooling administrations concerned with global warming are creating policies to promote global warming by introducing car friendly campuses (Newswire, 2010).
