Introduction

It is believed by most of the people that their children would be able to perform better in those schools which are being funded generously. In the United States of America, a huge portion of funding for the schools is done through the local taxes, thus generating a huge difference in the funding among the impoverished and wealthy communities. A lot of efforts have been initiated so far so as to minimize these disparities but all these efforts had always provoked severe resistance and controversies by many.
