Surgical practices of Dr. Brown with critical situations of patients gastric bypass surgery is considered as biggest ethical concern.

Decision of Kendra to contact her mother is another ethical concern which is the main way of spread information about hospital practices.

Decision of Sue to share the information of the cause for chart being pull with Kendra. Sue although a best friend of Kendra but this is against ethical practices for any business employee to share key business information with any outside person.
