Introduction

Monette et.al (2010) discusses the scientific method in the book, in chapter 9 and experimental research in chapter 10. The authors contend that the process is followed in obtaining knowledge. It comprises the following basic steps: preliminary observations; issue; theoretical; sampling; instruments; data collection, organization data, analysis, inferences and conclusions.
