Introduction

Organization success is dependent on the organizational commitment displayed by the employees and alignment of employee actions to the strategic vision. Corporate vision is not only what an organization perceives it to be, but also what an organization says it is, and it aspires to be. Hence, corporate identity is commonly understood as an externally oriented concept. The plethora of meanings assigned to the concept is partly a consequence of how scholars within a wide range of disciplines increasingly have worked with it. Vision acts as a fundamental guiding direction for the employees that define the importance of strategic objectives for the organization, and the key role employees' play in achieving the objectives.

An institutional approach to organizational communication emphasize on several aspects in contrast to micro, and intra-organizational approaches. An institutional approach, involving leader, directs attention to formal communication, defined as the media of written codes in the form employee code book (Meyer et al., 2002, 21). A systematic approach also requires attention to the boundaries of organizations. One reason that interest in organizational identity and identification runs so high in the early 21st century is that employees move quite freely across organizational boundaries (Hunter and Erin, 2008, 39).

The need for new approaches in communicating the organization vision, to motivate and inspire staff to help them buy into the organisation's strategic objectives, involves exploring the context and influencers that affect the capability of an individual to effectively deal with the challenges. This has led to the conception of different models for the practical application of systems to manage the communication prospects and strategy in organization. Learning approaches can enhance the knowledge level of an employee (Clugston et al., 2000, 5). This involves using multiple training approaches to enhance the knowledge, skills, and changing the behaviour of an employee by communicating the long term-goals and organization vision.

Communication of the organization vision involves addressing the complex adaptive systems; complex responsive processes, which provide insights about how new knowledge is created; sense making, which provides insights as to how we use perceptions to manage and make decisions; and the communication understanding in the role of strategic planning (Slack et al., 2010, 422). This research aims at identifying the importance of communication of organization vision from the leaders and do they effectively transfer the organizational objectives with the employees to enhance their understanding of organization strategic objectives.

Research Aims and Objectives

This research explores the fundamental of organization vision communication on the employees' motivation. This research will examine the phenomenon of unintended consequences, and how leaders might consider managing the factors to align the actions and motivation level of the employees towards the organization strategic objectives. Main aims and objectives of the research are highlighted below.
