Description of Project

This is my internship project at Delaware Sportsplex. I have completed my internship at Delaware Sportsplex. This was a very positive and great experience for me. In this internship project I was assigned to pout up volleyball nets, coached kids, organized events, ran concession stands and also done some filed paperwork. This was a very effective project and I was assigned the mentioned responsibilities. In this project the main responsibility of me was to conduct the events. In this project, the maintenance of the sports activities was the main task assigned. Thus, this way this project has been very helpful in terms of enhancing the skills of the interns in managing the sports activities. The interns were required to manage the sports activities and providing the coaching activities to the kids was the main responsibility assigned to the interns.

Role intern Played within the Project

This project was mainly developed for the purpose of providing the positive influence to the interns in terms of sports activities. The interns were asked to perform different duties in this internship experience. The interns were asked to pout up the volley ball net which was a very positive experience for the interns to be conducted. The interns have developed a positive contribution in the pout up of the volley ball net. This has helped them in enhancing the skills and experience of the interns in developing the pout up volleyball nets. The coaching of the volleyball players was also another task which has been performed by the interns. The interns have played a key role in giving coaching facilities to the kids.
