A number of artists have inspired me, but to list the top three, I would say they have to be none other than Andreas Deja, Hayao Miyazaki, and Andrew Jones. My artistic style is influenced by the works of these three artists: it is colorful and nostalgic, natural yet derived from the dark, and classical at the same time. My interest spans around these areas in art and I keep coming up with unique and creative ways of displaying these genres. Apart from influencing and shaping my artistic style, these artists' works have made noteworthy contributions to the art world; and my inspiration from them makes me hope I will be able to contribute too.
One of the most influential artists in my life, Andreas Deja, famous Walt Disney Animator from Poland, is the inspiration for my drawing style and animation. I have practiced and reproduced a lot of his works including “Jaffar” from Aladdin, “Scar” from The Lion King, and “Tiger” from Winnie the Pooh. Amazingly, the artist has joined online blogging community which is very exciting for me as I can keep up with his latest posts regarding his upcoming works and views. The artist is creative by nature and draws from the works of contemporary Disney legends. He keeps alive the charm of traditional animation in the face of the advent and popularity of computerized animation and 3D cartoons. His knowledge on the works of old Disney artists is quite extensive, and it reflects in his works.
