Despite the widespread belief that your brilliance is defined by the grades, I believe that success in life comes with perseverance and dedication. Take the example of Albert Einstein, the worldwide renowned scientist, recognized for his contribution to the field of physics and his 'Theory of Relativity'; he was never an outstanding student.

Keeping in view the case of Einstein, we learn that your intelligence is not defined by your academic performance, as the eminent physicist did not do too well at college either. Often he had to struggle with the subjects that were taught to him just to remain in college. Thus, in my honest opinion I believe that it is wrong to judge someone for candidacy solely on the basis of his scholastic performance.

Would not it be then wrong to stop someone from pursuing the dream of his life by he was not an outstanding student? Grades are only letters and numbers they do not define the intellect level of a person. Success is inevitable if you put in the right amount of hard work and show commitment to achievement of goals. This takes passion, and passion is what I have for aerospace engineering.

That said, I believe that I might not be the best student in the world, but I have a zealous passion for aerospace engineering that is found in a very few people. Thence, I can relate to Albert Einstein in so much that he showed an unrelenting enthusiasm towards his subject of interest that from being a student with poor grades, he went on to the become a revolutionary theoretical physicists; one whose contributions are of prime importance in the modern physics.
