Introduction

Apple computer is mainly known as the manufacturer of consumer electronics, commercial servers and software. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak were the two persons who incorporated apple on 3rd January, 1977 at Cupertino, California. Macintosh line of computers, iPod, iPhone and the iPad are the company's well known products. Mac OS X operating system is its product in software category. After Nokia and Samsung electronics, Apple is known to be the world's third largest phone makers. By market capitalization it is the world's largest publicly traded company as well as the biggest technology company by profit and revenue. By 2011 company has 60400 permanents employees (Lashinsky, 2012).

For the success of a company key player like CEO, CFO and COO play a vital role. Their leadership means a great deal to the prosperity of a company. Keeping this in mind I would want try to make sure that I will recognize the efforts of employees and lower management. If I see an employee doing good then considering this my responsibility I should reward him with perks and recognition. These motivational tools play a vital role in the success of the company by making the employees local with the company. Another responsibility will be to make the board of directors to have confidence on me. For me being in power shouldn't mean to use it in a unethical way, I should use my authority when it is required and try to be nice to my workers when they are doing good. I would keep in mind that being in company means to build my reputation; if my employees and board don't respect me then I can't make things go right for the company.
