Apple is considered as a very successful company because brand is an important factor for the organization. Apple is one of the most established and healthy IT brands in the World, and has a very loyal set of enthusiastic customers that advocate the brand. For instance, the sales of its iPad had increased in the second quarter profits to $ 320 in the recent past. The favorable brand perception had also increased sales of Macintosh computers. So iPad tablet gives the company access to a whole new series of segments that buy into other parts of the Apple brand. Sales of its notebooks products are also very strong, and represent a huge contribution to income for Apple. In addition this, such a powerful loyalty means that Apple not only targets and focuses on the new customers but it also retains them that are, they come back for more products and services from Apple, and the company also has the opportunity to extend new products to them, for instance the iPad tablet.

The mission of Apple is to offer the best technology for personal computers and transmit them to the greatest possible number of people and also to create innovative technology things that bring joy and fun in their lives. This shows that the organization wants to bring new culture within the organization will make an impact on the outside world. Moreover, the mission of Apple is based on the values to its stake holders that include customers and also the employees.

Formation of the New Culture

According to the past studies it is observed and proved that the organizational behaviors are influenced by various factors. These factors depend on different theories, moreover, past researchers worked on a different aspect of a single phenomenon. In addition, the organizational behavior such as Apple is considered as to be influenced by the organizational culture which is helpful for identifying and resolving the initial or the minor problems that were pertaining to the organization (Laudon and Kenneth, 2009). The new culture of Apple is based on the charismatic leadership. Most of studies on charismatic leadership have led to the identification of those behaviors that separate the charismatic leaders of their non-charismatic attitudes. One of the best examples is Steve Jobs because he served and guided his organization as the charismatic leadership due to which the rise of Apple took place.

Every action in the organization is a manifestation of power which is used by both managers and performers. Power manifests itself through the channels of power which include the power of coercion, influence, expertise, information, official conduct, credibility and authority to award. When an individual affects the behavior of group members without the use of coercive forms of power, it is a manifestation of charismatic leadership.
