Apple is recognized as the most valuable company on this earth. It is one of the organizations that are known for being innovative and committed to make distinct product. Apple is known for its products that are hard to be imitated. All of its competitors have tried to imitate what Apple makes but it has just turned out to be futile. The most important thing to be noted is the management style that drives Apple's success. The management at the company is known for adopting a management style that would make it one of the most admired companies of the world. Every leader, in an organizational setting, has to create and sustain an organizational culture that not only inspires the followers but also rewards their performance and addresses their concerns. Every manager has adopted different management approach to serve his workplace. The paper will take an account of the management style that is adopted by the management at Apple and its repercussion on Apple's organizational influence in the industry that it operates in. The paper will also explore the implications of scientific management and bureaucracy theory on Apple's style of management and will try to analyze Apple's organizational influence through these theories.

The scientific management theory was developed by Fredrick Taylor and is known as one of the earliest theoretical perspectives for organizational development. Taylor was of the belief that the organizational productivity can only be improved if the workforce of the organization is managed effectively. It is the workforce's productivity that is going to affect the overall performance of the organization. Taylor proposes his scientific management style in order for the organization to apply science at the workplace. The theoretical perspective gives an organization the ability to handle its workforce in a scientific way, where accountability is the main focus. This theoretical perspective underlies the assumption that each and every employee is to be dealt individually. Each employee has to be communicated the goals of the organization so that they can work for a common goal.

The bureaucracy theory was given by Max Weber and it proposes that the organization of the company is the most important work of the management. It is the alignment that keeps an importance for the organization. An organization has to place its management in a hierarchy so that there are supervisors that are given the task to handle subordinates. This could prove beneficial for the entire organization because everyone will have to follow the hierarchy and will be able to develop himself. The leader, in the organization will have a centralized structure to control each and every person in the organization.
