Wall Street is an organization that everyone has heard of. An organization that is competing in the major cities of the world has always been a part of the controversy since it has started to grow big. Wall Street has been known to violation of a number of laws, and in the past have been paying fines consistently. It was because of the dirty games of Wall Street that today, a number of small companies have gone bankrupt and a number of companies are struggling very hard to survive. Occupy Wall Street (OWS) is a hot topic of every newspaper these days. OWS is a protest that began recently in 2011 on 17th of September. This protest started in the Zuccotti Park which is located in the city of New York, this place is also known as the financial district for the Wall Street. This protest was actually initiated by an activist group currently operating in Canada. The group is called to be the Ad busters and is a root cause of a lot of protests that have taken place internationally and domestically the main issues that led to trigger this movement was the economic inequality, greed, corruption and the influence of government on big organizations. The slogan for OWS is we are 99%, this shows that they are catering the rural and the middle class of the countries of the world where Wall Street is working currently. The motive was that if a certain percentage out of the population could become active, then a huge change could be brought about. So far a few changes have been witnessed and the government has been forced to implement certain rules and regulation in the 1st amendment so that things could be made better for the future, but a majority of the decision that involves the Wall Street are still pending.
