Everyone has a hobby to relish in an individual's spare time. I love listening to music it is perhaps not very original, but my home is a real passion. I buy lots of CDs or I may borrow at the library. I keep myself informed (e) of the music news by reading magazines. My tastes are more oriented towards rock, blues and country music. Often I attended concerts, but in small rooms or cafes. What I like is to identify a group that goes up and follow the change.
I play baseball for five years. I discovered and enjoyed the sport at a time in Canada. When I returned, I inquired (e) the opportunities to practice in France. I belong to a club in which I exercise a role as a coach. I'm on the ground every Sunday; and I also look after the daily management of the club. I like above all to responsibilities and have goals. And I like to live in groups of victories and disappointments.
I skiing since I was young and I have a fairly good level. Of course, it is hard to go more than a week to ten days a year. But this week out of time makes me feel good. I like to be able to totally cut my daily realities to live fully in the rhythm of the mountain. In some cases, I ski alone (e), in contact with the great outdoors, or with friends, more in a spirit of competition this time.
I have involved with many of the organizations as I have to complete my projects; and for that, I have to go and visit different organizations. In many projects, I have lead my team; and for that the leadership I think most appropriate was democratic which I followed. Leadership style influence level of motivation. The most appropriate leadership style which I think, is Democratic leadership style that includes participation. Listening to the team's ideas and studying them make me understand the problem they are facing within the organization; ultimately increasing an employee's satisfaction and makes they feel that their contribution was considered (Jimmy, 2004).

An employment opportunity in accounting and finance is endless. This is because when you have a CA or CPA license with you, you may work for a large company that has offices both here and abroad (Jones, 2010).
Some of the career opportunity I find interesting are that you can get into include actuaries, auditing, banking, chartered accounting, corporate finance, corporate recovery, securities brokerage, and tax administration.
Future of this field is very vast. One report shows employment prospects for these professionals is quite high in the past 5 years, which is expected to continue until 2010. It will also be rewarded with a good salary but, long hours come with the territory, especially ...
