Introduction

The word ANOSMIA is derived from the Greek words; an [no] -osmia [smell]. For many people, having the capability to smell a myriad of odors is a common practice making them take this ability for granted. Nevertheless, there is a minority of people, who lose this natural skill, as a consequence of some disorder associated with the olfactory system.
