Summary

The purpose of the research paper is to figure out the relationship between the employees' motivation linked with the communication with the supervisors and coworkers, also the commitment showed by the employees with the organization, job satisfaction with the job and with the superiors. The methodology used by the researchers to carry out the research was a survey research using a quantitative research methodology used to investigate the employees' motives for health communication with the superiors and peers. Similarly, the side of the research was to examine the satisfaction and commitment with the organization considering the communication as the main source of motivation. The researchers identified escape, relaxation, pleasure, inclusion and control as motives that explain why employees communicate with each other and also how these indicators are linked with each other. The findings of the research revealed that motives relationship along with satisfaction and commitment. Thus, the employees reported a moderate communication with the superiors and with the co-workers. Furthermore, the results of the research showed a positive strong relationship between affection, escape, relaxation, inclusion and control motives. Similarly, the organization commitment can be enhanced through job enrichment, which is in accordance with the employee's values and also the management need to look for different means to improve job satisfaction by using different strategies like decentralization, improving quality of supervision and counseling.

Assessment

The study main purpose was to establish a relationship among employees' satisfaction and commitment with the superiors and peers along with the motives behind the effective communication. The research conducted by the researchers in a comprehensive manner because the analysis of the study indicated that there is positive relationship of satisfaction and commitment with the job and superiors and both these factors also showed a positive linkage with inclusion, control, affection and relaxation. Similarly, the results of the study also beneficial for the research because effective communication not only boosts the confidence level of employees but also share a positive relationship with co-workers.
