In this book, the author has tried to create a balance among theories, research and application. As a student, I can draw relevance among the said elements because I can find practical example in it. The analysis on each scenario will encourage me to understand how each organization is different from other in terms of psychology. The surveys in it give a wide ranged insight of a variety of people with their knowledge on motivation, job satisfaction, performance appraisal and leadership. Traditional management often ignores the role of transformational and participative leadership to get the organization out of the crisis. The management has to keep preparing their workforce for the role of leadership in their own paradigm.
