It is an excellent article where the author analyses the importance of the book” The future of Multinational” against the arguments put forth by work by transaction-cost-related scholarly work. It is quite brilliant how the author ideas were written approximately three decades ago yet they are clear and should be the beginning point to study the multinationals.
