This quantitative study examines various types of workplace bullying in numerous sectors and industries around the United States. It specially aimed at the work place bullying in IT sector. Furthermore, it highlights the relationship between psychological empowerment and the workplace bullying. There has also been indicated that a research on IT professionals show that they are very much exposed to the workplace bullying. The research also suggests that there is a negative relationship between the physiological empowerment and the workplace bullying. The aim of this study was to find out the possible ways for improvement of workplace bullying. The study came up with some findings of its own, such as various forms and frequencies of the workplace bullying in IT industry. It also suggests some of the measures through which the workplace bullying can be minimized, such as positive changes in the environment of workplace.

This article focuses on satisfaction level of the employees with their jobs in IT industry of United States. The empirical study examines how different factors impact on the job satisfaction level of the IT professionals. It also signifies that how job satisfaction helps the organizations to improve their overall performance with meeting the customers demand and providing them with better services.
