The communication system by which government officials express and protect the interests of their countries, say on decisions and give ultimatums. Diplomatic communication process reveals the position of officials and policy of states, often carried out in order to win the support of other actors on the international scene. During the XX century diplomacy was to dry the official from the public and private procedures. At the end of the twentieth century diplomacy was transformed into an open process that involves the media and the international community, which was due to democratization, the active participation of the masses in the political process, as well as technological advances in the communications sector, the globalization of electronic journalism.

Editors are constantly demanding new details from reporters from the scene, reports encourage leaders to quickly respond and comment on the unfolding events, leaders are turning to experts and diplomats to analyze what is happening and to make recommendations.
