Conflict
Nora is hiding a secret form her husband and is being black mailed for that by Krogstad.
Nora loved her husband but for a few years they were not having enough finances. In the meanwhile Travold was diagnosed with tuberculosis and to bear the expenses of treatment she made a fraud check with the help of Krogstad. The bank due to attitude issues of Krogstad wanted to separate him and he started threatening Nora to influence her husband to save his job. Travold's job was new at the bank and he was looking forward to his role of assuming authority both at work and home.
Nora knew if her husband comes to know about the fraud, he will never forgive her and this will end her marriage.
