EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Employees consider as the most valuable asserts and thus, organisation has to maximise the returns on people. For that reason, a good people management system can improve the overall performance of any organisation by motivating every employee to participate in the contribution. The present study is a qualitative and quantitative approach towards the analysis and exploration of factors which are responsible for ineffective people management system at Beechwood Company. The study also suggests potential recommendations in order to overcome the issues related to people management and maximising returns on human productivity.
CHAPTER I - BACKGROUND & INTRODUCTION
1.1 Outline of the Study
The study entails various performance management tools, different techniques of people management and topics pertaining to people management in an organisation which is distributed into five chapters. The first chapter includes the brief introduction of the study with its purpose, significance, research objectives to be met and research questions. The second section of the project includes literature review on people management. The third segment portrays the research methodology. The third chapter includes the methodology of conducted study with all its specific information. The fourth section is about analyzing the data. The recorded data is analysed and meaningful information is provided.
