Introduction
After the passage, of the Greek era, retail stores and local markets in different towns have been gained a lot of importance in the local communities and have become the heart of different societies. These retail stores and local are a reservoir of necessary services and goods, which are needed in the daily life, in addition to, it serves as a place where neighbours and friends meet and fulfil their social needs. We can found such retail stores and local markets in almost every neighbourhood. The vitality of these local markets and retail stores is a very good measurement of the financial and economic health of the local economy (Oxenfeldt and Alfred 1975 pp 135- 141).
Basically, one can find two major types of retail stores in the country, i.e. independent businesses and chain stores. We can define a chain store as a store, which has a number of retail stores underneath the same owner.
