Quality international Qatar (QIQ) is a fast developing modern organization in the market of real estate development. In modern organizations, achieving organizational success is the goal, in order to achieve that an organization needs to set plans, strategies, and business objectives. One important part to look at is HR/Personnel activities which are directly linked to the business objectives. HR/Personnel activities if practiced effectively will directly contribute to achieving the business objectives, which lead to organizational success. Research Method
For this study we have utilized the qualitative research approach. Qualitative research is much more subjective than quantitative research and uses very different methods of collecting information, mainly individual, in-depth interviews and focus groups. However, since this research study is a secondary qualitative research the data that has been collected for qualitative analysis has been through an extensive review of literature that has been published in the field in the past few years.
Secondary research is often less costly than surveys and is extremely effective in acquiring information about peoples' communications needs and their responses to and views about specific communications. It is often the method of choice in instances where quantitative measurement is not required.
Literature Selection Criteria
The selection criteria for the literature were twofold: relevance and the year of publication.
Search Technique
Libraries including online databases were accessed to get the most relevant and updated literature. Some of the online databases that were used are: EBSCO, Emerald, Blackwell, etc.
Recruitment & Selection:

Basically, recruitment is the process of gathering candidates or creating an applicant pool to choose the best-fit candidate for the job. After the recruitment process or gathering a number of applicants, comes the selection process, which is the process of screening/filtering the CV's according to the vacant role's requirements, and then select a number of applicants to interview, after that the interviews are conducted and role will be filled with the best applicant. Getting the vacancy filled with the right person is one step toward achieving the success of the organization by getting the tasks and suites of the job done with the best job performer.
Training & Development:
The process is self explanatory, training the employees to take different roles or train them to use different techniques and strategies to improve their work outcome, and developing them in order to bring up the performance and productivity in order to contribute to the achievement of the organizational success.
