Being the past knowledge of a multinational organization, the researcher can write this report as well but on the recommendation and excellent guidance of my respected research Professor, this research report which enhance not only information but as well as the writing skill. This report includes enough information of a leading telecom company which has been leader since the arrival of telecom services in UK. Report starts from the Vision of company and list of key Management personalities whose strategies made possible Vodafone to maintain its leadership.

Companies always can survive if and only if they understand the need of its customers and according to that need products and services are developed and it is very necessary to store a strong perception about new products and services and it is only possible by the help of strong marketing strategies. Though it is very difficult to know the strategies of any company because, companies keep their key strategies very confidential. This report includes basic information about products and services of Vodafone and their penetration in the very perfect competition. Researchers cannot access to key steps taken by the strategists of leading companies but at some how they can access to near so It was decided to know about the Vodafone marketing efforts by compiling different views and ideas of intellectual and common people. Some steps were taken by Vodafone and some steps they should take as my recommendations.
