Introduction:

Amniocentesis is used for the diagnosis of chromes aberrations, congenital metabolic disease, monogenic hereditary diseases like cystic fibrosis, and monogenetic determinations. Furthermore, amniocentesis serves to determinate neural tube defects and other abnormalities. Amniocentesis gets associated with a 0.5 percent risk of spontaneous abortion, and chorine biopsy with a 1 to 1.5 percent risk. Umbilical blood sampling gets carried out if hemoglobin pathology, coagulation pathology, or viral embryo patchy suspected (Weir, 2006).
