Introduction

The event of the Home Front happened on December 7th, and lasted between 1941 till 1945. It came about when the Pearl Harbour was attacked, and President Roosevelt had performed his great speech that went on to become famous, to congress. It was at that moment that war was declared by the United States on the nation of Japan, and it went down into history as one of the defining moments.
