Introduction

The America's Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response Plan is also known as the AMBER Alert Program and is a plan of the U.S. Department of Justice. This plan is a voluntary cooperative arrangement between the broadcasters, enforcement of the law agencies and the Ministry of Transportation for the activation on the imperative statement in the stern scenarios of the child-abduction.
