ABSTRACT

In this study we try to explore the concept of nursing behaviours in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on changing nursing behaviours and moulding them in order to earn a better understanding of nursing staff and their changing behaviours. The research also analyses many aspects of what measures need to be undertaken for nursing behaviours and tries to gauge its effect on nursing practices and the performances that are being posted with it. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for scepticism being experienced and felt by the clients and tries to describe the overall effect of scepticism upon how nurses behave amongst themselves and while delivering their relevant tasks assigned to them.
