Abstract
Alcoholism or the alcohol consumption is one of the basic flaws in any society. From the social analysis, it can be termed that the alcoholism is not associated with the age and the alcoholic can be of any age, social class, income level and ethnic background. Alcoholism is one of the increasing problems of the world today. It has been observed that the average alcohol intervention has been increased at a high rate in almost all the regions of the world. Some people have taken it as a hobby, and when these people were compared to those people who consume alcohol to escape from the realities of life and in the urge of relaxation a wide difference was observed. According to the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism [NIAAA] (2011), alcohol use among underage persons constitutes a serious public health and law enforcement issue globally. The use of alcohol has not affected the psychological and the physical health of a person but also made a great impact on the social behaviour. This has given rise to delinquency and other anti-social behaviours thus, created a gap in the balanced system of the society. This dissertation focuses on the impact of the alcohol consumption on the family system and the society. The results will be based on the questionnaire survey that is being conducted from the families, teachers and the other circle of the alcoholic people. Table of content
