Air Cooling

Introduction

The air cooling is the process that is considered more complete treatment of local ambient air habitation is to regulate the conditions in terms of temperature ( heating or cooling ), humidity , cleanliness (renewal filtering) and the movement of air inside the premises. Among conditioning systems include self-employed and centralized. The former produce heat or cold air tries (though often not quite). The latter have a / some conditioner / are that only treat the air and get the thermal energy (heat or cold) of a centralized system. In the latter case, the heat output usually being boilers operating with fuels. Cooling to the refrigeration machines, which operate by compression or absorption and wear produced by the cold cooling systems (ANSI/ASHRAE Standard, 1988).

The term usually refers to air conditioning cooling, but it is wrong because you should also refer to heating, whenever it deals all or some of the parameters of the atmospheric air. What happens is that the most important thing is the air conditioning, air humidity, it has been important in heating, since almost all the necessary moisture when heated air is added naturally by respiration processes and transpiration of people. Hence when it invented machines capable of cooling, would need to develop systems that would reduce the humidity environment.

Design of a New Air Cooler

The new design of air cooler system is integrated with axial fans. The main application of axial fans - a system of general dilution of mechanical ventilation supply and exhaust type , and ventilation systems serving any production schedules in the industry (for example, the line for the production of concrete, ammonia, liquors and other products related to air emissions pollution by industrial enterprises). It is in these situations may require a higher flow rate of air flow is sufficient for the assimilation of the gas molecules and particles deteriorate the condition of air parameters .

The construction of the axial flow fan is a central rotating drum driven by an electric motor. Over the circumference of a drum attached propeller blade. As a result, a uniform circular motion of the blades facing the air causing it to move in a predetermined direction, namely, along the axis of rotation of the air handling unit.

Axial fans with the same success can be used to supply air and in the extraction of forced ventilation systems, as well as the installation of central air heating. Aerodynamic airflow passing through the axial fan is dependent on the angle of the impeller blades. A different form of working the fan blades can vary widely parameters used in calculating both the power consumption and performance for air flow. Axial fans actively and effectively used in the device ventilation systems of private homes, villas , high-rise residential buildings and the "skyscrapers", as well as many other facilities of housing, social and industrial infrastructure. The level of noise produced by an axial fan for air conditioning systems depends largely on the speed range being developed propulsion, as well as from the ...
