Introduction

Three interviews were conducted, which I took to complete my article. I selected three of my older family-related members and discussed with them previously that I have to take their interviews for my study project. I went to their houses separately that are located near my house. The names should not be disclosed, so I am keeping it as Mr. A, Mr. B and Mr. C as all were men. Mr. A was 62 years old. Mr. B was 67 years old, and Mr. C was 72 years old. Mr. A is relative of my mother; he owns a grocery shop in Australia. Mr. C is also a relative of my mother; he currently works in some social organization. Mr. B was my grandfather, and he is retired military men. All of my interviewees were married.

Mr. A also said that he tries his best to do the stress work and maintain his fitness, but he could not do so. He further elaborated regarding this that when he runs, he use to get exhaust very early and could not run for more than 10 seconds. The normal physical changes are following age (Griffiths & Thinnes, 2011):
