This paper aims to discuss the issue of increasing electronic commerce and the application of agency laws upon the online transactions. The online transactions are subject to high risk due to the lack of face to face transaction mode. We would analyze what the agency law can do to minimize the risk of electronic commerce.

Internet Transactions
Global information networks are transforming the world and bringing more people through innovation in global communications, which enables changes in all spheres of human activity, such as competitiveness, employment and quality of life of nations. With new technology, time and distance are no longer obstacles, the content may be directed to a mass audience or a small group of experts and find a global or merely local. Global information networks like the Internet knows no boundaries. Internet is a means of global communication, which allows the exchange of information between users connected to the network that connects about 8 million servers responsible for information services and all operations of communications and broadcasting, reaches about 250 million users in over 100 countries. The Internet offers a unique, special and critical to organizations of any size. The rapid spread and the great interest in the world of computers have technology allowed the creation of Internet / Web, a fundamental tool for computer networks and their users. The Internet offers a new market that defines the "digital economy". Producers, suppliers of goods / services and manage user access and worldwide transmission of information and entertainment in a simple and economical, whether commercial or social. The opening of markets is essential for the rapid growth in the use of new services and the assimilation of new technologies. In practice, companies are beginning to use the Internet as a new sales channel, replacing personal visits, email and telephone orders as an online order management costs 5% less than traditional means to do so. However, the emergence of electronic commerce clearly forced to rethink many of the traditional trade issues; new problems arise, and even exacerbating some existing ones.
