Nowadays, advancements have been observed in the federal health care which is managing policies across various associations, and working in a more lucrative way.

With the advancement in technology and resources it has now become easier to combine medical and managerial information. These federal health organizations, by taking certain measures, are enhancing the health care services in the US. They are advancing through a calculated blend of different resources. It is expected that healthcare expenses in the United States will increase up to 5.8% by 2020, increasing the burden on America's economy (Garson, 2000).

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is an organization in the US working with Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) to advance the health care system in the US. Its main aim is to recover the value, security and the usefulness of health care for all. The agency's mission is to enhance the quality of healthcare in the US by working with different organizations, creating awareness among people, to create a better and healthy society. It emphasizes on the usefulness of research for people to make knowledgeable decisions. AHRQ aims to decrease the mortality rate by providing quality medication through developed health care centers so that more lives are saved and the money spent on the development of health care is valuable (HSRIC, 2013).

It consists of a series of indicators which help to reach the standards that the agency has planned to meet. Along with the annual conferences and also care management AHRQ has provided various free events related to education. This will create awareness among the people and be a source of motivation for them. AHRQ is recognized for its research work which helps many people to choose the hospitals or doctors which are best and affordable for their treatment. The research work is a source of health planning for the people in order to live a healthy life.

AHRQ has participated in many activities in order to improve the health care system and to accomplish their mission and to provide quality medication.
