The Legal System of USA is born from English Law. The US has adopted the system that depends upon the adversarial system of justice. In this system, accusers bring their case before the neural party. Claims and arguments brought by each accuser allow the judges to verify the truth of the conflict. The written and oral argument and evidences should collect by the claimers and lawyers to present in the court.
