Discussion

Earning maximum profit with best possible services is considered as an integral part of any business. Landmark Hotel Auckland also intended to follow the same business strategy nut it certainly requires few objectives that should initiated first. For this purpose, customer satisfaction is the most important part. As long as the customers are satisfied with the services, one can plan to have maximum profits.

In order to have analysed the customer satisfaction and any concerns about the hotel, a survey has been conducted which includes questionnaire (See appendix). These questions in the questionnaire include several questions regarding the hotel's policies and services i.e. if they are attracting to customers or not. It was also planned that feedback forms and news about the hotel would be taken from the social media websites or from the trip advisors. This would certainly provide a brief analysis and it would be fairly cheap as well as other marketing research strategies. Both the methods of survey feedback forms and social media linkage would be beneficial in different perspectives but the feedback forms would directly be filled by the customers in the hotel, so there are few chances that it would create any bias in the survey. On the other hand, though using social media would be fairly cheap but there may be unknown persons present there who may fill wrong information about the hotel services.
