Introduction

Adolescence is a phase of human development which tends to involve both physical and mental development of an individual. This period usually tends to strike an individual in between puberty and adult age which is interpreted as legal (civil majority), and follows the phase of the childhood. Whereas, some of the experts tend to be of the opinion that adolescence is a period in developing biological, psychological, sexual and social connotations of an individual.
