Motivation can only come from clear objectives and without a goal, no motivation possible. An individual goal can be more or less long term. A goal is a long term defined statement, which we need to set more prime set of interim targets to reach it. The objective can also be very short term. The first question directs you to the future. It allows you to focus your resources, your energy in a definite direction and thus avoid indecision and wasting time.

From my childhood, I taught to self dependant and strong. I was born to modern, hard working family. I was taught that in order to achieve your goal one has to create his own ways and to fulfill my desires I use to work through all the possible legal outcomes. A person should set goals and ways which lead him towards successful results. People fail because they do not know what they want or what they do not want.

I am an individual, who has an aspiration to be a successful always and everywhere. My efforts are always, therefore, diverted towards the fact that I have a role to play in the society, and to do that I have to develop myself into a proper dedicated individual. I, therefore, feel that contain the aptitude to understand my desires and my responsibilities both at the same time.

I have my vision and my mission. I want to pursue my biotechnology graduate degree from University of California Irvine. For this purpose, I stated taking aptitude preparation class 6 months before the test. I have been a meritorious student in my high school, and since I wanted to have an admission in my desired university, I realized that I need to work for getting excellent grades. I started studying extra hours and visited my teachers regularly. Further I had been teaching my juniors' core subjects in my free times; therefore, they also polished my academic skills.

My personal life and professional career has undergone drastic transformations during the last couple of years. I have been given by my interest in Bio-technology. This arena of focus has provided me the perfect career enhancement. My profound interest in the subject started while I was in high school. As a son of a common man, I have been susceptible to all the economic trends. This inclined me to start layering on my knowledge and acquaintance of medicine and engineering into my work. The core goal of my graduate studies and professional career is doing majors is biotechnology engineering. It's my aspiration to join the XXXXX after my graduate studies . I want to explore this field at international level through my superior personal and professional expertise
