Principals play a key role in the delivery of quality work. Their responsibilities include ensuring educational strategies are in place that support effective learning for all students. They serve as a facilitator, guide and supporter of quality work. Good principals understand the culture of school. The responsibility for outlining effective practices for student instruction is a task that should be shared with teachers and may include support from the curriculum department and consultants. The process of identifying effective practices requires collaboration. Because the principal serves as the educational leader of the campus, it is imperative that they have a working knowledge of effective instructional strategies and understand the needs of their students and teachers. Principals should understand that good teaching strategies are appropriate for all students whether they have been identified as requiring support through 504, response to intervention, state assessments results, and special education eligibility.

A school culture is basically the prevalent in determining the relation between teachers and students and relationship amongst themselves. Culture in school is a way to solve main problems of external adaption and internal integration. External adaption is basically the response to the external environment where as internal integration is the efforts of every individual in order to maintain the school environment (Crow. M. G et al, 1996). Campus principals play an important role in improving student achievement through their facilitation, guidance and support of effective instructional strategies and support teachers through active involvement, collaboration and effective leadership.

In every effective school, school administrators celebrate and recognize knowledge failure and accomplishments. The main focus of effective school is to lead and inspire the professional staff into innovative and new practices of school by giving the guarantee that the staff and faculty are well aware of the current research of education. All the effective schools are keen to challenge in all manners.

It is the most important among the important roles, direction, guidance and care of conduct and follow up and monitor the public behavioral phenomena among students , to work to develop plans in cooperation with everyone to find appropriate solutions as well as urged the parents of the students to follow their children's behavior and curriculum and scientifically.
