This paper has discussed the essential elements with which the proper high performance work system can be implemented in an online institution.

In today's fast pace of completion, the organizations are required to develop such strategies and approaches that can provide it the competitive position among the competitors. The performances of the organization are the factors that derive the organization towards the success or failure. Therefore, the organizations are concerned towards the development of the high performance work systems so as to achieve the high level of performance and the competitive position. The high performance work systems involve the interconnected human resource practices and approaches that have direct and positive impact upon the performances of the employees. These practices and approaches involve the recruiting, training, performance appraisal of the employees along with the handling of the compensation and benefit aspects.
