Introduction

Aligned with the capabilities of human resources, the personal accomplishment is enabled by achieving and maintaining the individual excellence. To achieve the individual excellence and brilliance, one should determinedly push himself and his self development preparations. In addition, he/she must make an effort to make sure that his/her efforts, actions and hard work are stupendous and exceptional.

This paper gives a study of the areas of growth, personal weakness, strengths, and numerous other characteristics of the functions of human resource in the present life and to develop them further (Anderson, 2012). In addition, the paper also discusses about the five disciplines of Peter Senge's and its role in my life. This paper will lead to the personal examination of the methods for maintaining and achieving the individual excellence and brilliance.

Discussion

Force Field Analysis

It is a wide-ranging tool that is used for the methodically considering of the factors and reasons that are created in the intricate dilemmas. This analysis outlines the dilemmas in the terms of pressures or reasons that maintain the social situations i.e. restraining forces. In addition, it also supports the modification in the desired and preferred direction i.e. driving forces (Swanson, & Creed, 2013). In the subsequent section this analysis will be performed in which my personal driving and restraining forces will be discussed along with the current and desired position.

Managing the Environment

This integrates and includes the systematizing of both the external as well as internal organizational factors for the attainment of entire corporate excellence. This should be performed broadly and needs an individual that has the capability to look at the bigger picture and have strategic prudence and forethought. I believe that I have both these qualities and have the forethought to inspect both the organizational factors i.e. external and internal.

However, my main moderation is to handle and deal with the opinions of various other members. At present, the management of environment is performed with the modern methods (Carter, et al. 2012). These methods are not conventional to the tumultuous environment of the world that distinguishes the environment of business at the moment. To perceive more modernized and rationalized methods of managing the environment is my desire.

Planning and Program Design

Pertaining to the planning and program design, I consider that I have the capability and skills to gain knowledge of and discover rapidly. However, in this condition my chief main limit is the inadequate and insufficient experience in the organizational field. At this moment in time, I have a sketch and framework about what the planning and program design involves (Champion, 2010). However, it is my desire to be guided and counseled in the organizational field to enhance and improve my skills and expertise.
