Absolute Ruler is said to be that person who asserts his absolute power on others. These rulers believe that all power concerning matters of state, family, politics and religion rests in their hands. Absolute rulers or monarchs, otherwise known, aimed to control every aspect of the society and their subjects firmly believed that their ruler directly communicated with God (Swann, 2003).
