The paper intends to discuss the summary plan for applying a summative evaluation plan for assessing the outcomes of the training program. The success of the training program is evaluated at three levels, i.e. “reaction”, “learning” and “behavior”. Level 1 evaluation are based on trainees' reactions to training and attempt to answer such questions.
