Dear All,

This memo is subjected to making each one of you aware of human code of ethics while working at this University. In the attached case of Tarasoff v. Regents of the University of California, there are some grave lapses that made the ethical practices being practiced by the University objectionable. However, the case draws equal responsibility on UC Berkeley's Cowell Memorial Hospital.
